Notes are stored locally in the user’s browser using Chrome local storage. Notes are not transmitted to external servers, external databases, analytics services, or third parties.

Simple version: your notes stay in your browser.

Data Storage

Page Save Point stores notes locally on the user’s device through the browser. Saved notes may include the page title, page URL, note text, creation date, and updated date.

This information stays local in the user’s browser.

Data Sharing

Page Save Point does not sell, rent, share, or transfer user data to third parties.

Remote Code

Page Save Point does not use remote code. All extension code is packaged locally inside the extension.

The extension does not load external scripts, external libraries, CDNs, or remote executable code.

Analytics and Tracking

Page Save Point does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, cookies, or user profiling.

Accounts

Page Save Point does not require an account or login.

User Control

Users can delete saved notes at any time from the extension popup.

Users can also remove the extension from Chrome. Removing the extension may remove locally stored extension data depending on browser behavior.
